EU Removes Antidumping Duties on Argentine and Indonesian Biodiesel Imports The EU has removed antidumping duties on biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia after the European Court of Justice and the WTO ruled they were illegal. However, this applies only to biodiesel exported by companies that challenged the duties in the WTO. These include the Argentine subsidiaries of Cargill, Bunge, and Louis Dreyfus as well as Argentina’s Molinos Rio de la Plata along with Indonesia’s Cilandra Perkasa and Wilmar. Biodiesel exported by all other firms that did not participate in the challenge will apparently still be subject to duties of 62.52-79.56 euros/MT for Argentina of and 166.95-178.85 euros/MT for Indonesia.
