EU Removes Antidumping Duties on Argentine and Indonesian Biodiesel Imports The EU has removed antidumping duties on biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia after the European Court of Justice and the WTO ruled they were illegal. However, this applies only to biodiesel exported by companies that challenged the duties in the WTO. These include the Argentine subsidiaries of Cargill, Bunge, and Louis Dreyfus as well as Argentina’s Molinos Rio de la Plata along with Indonesia’s Cilandra Perkasa and Wilmar.
