NOPA Crush Report Suggests Lower Oil Content in 2017 U.S. Soybeans The National Oilseed Processors Association’s (NOPA’s) monthly crush report of yesterday showed members crushed 164.242 million bushels (4.47 MMT) of soybeans in October 2017.That was up from 136.419 million bushels in September but slightly less than last year’s record for October of 164.641 million bushels. Receiving the most attention in the report was the drop in soyoil stocks to 1.224 billion pounds (555,203 MT) at the end of October from 1.302 billion pounds (590,058 MT) at the end of September.
