Excellent Week for U.S. Soybean Export Sales The week ending 31 October proved to be an excellent one for exporters of U.S. soybeans. Soymeal export sales were also good while soyoil export sales had to be disappointing. Net soybean export sales during the week totaled 1,807,400 MT. That was more than 50 percent greater than the highest estimate of market analysts queried by Reuters of 1.2 MMT. It was also 41 percent above the average of the past four weeks. The largest sales during the week were for China (956,300 MT), the Netherlands (284,100 MT), Mexico (106,600 MT), Vietnam (85,000 MT), and Japan (80,600 MT).
