U.S. Soy Export Sales Highlights USDA’s export sales report for the week ending 16 May showed sales of U.S. soybeans were up from the previous week, but those of U.S. soymeal and soyoil were slightly lower. Net soybean export sales for shipment in 2018/19 totaled 535,800 MT, 45 percent above the week prior. The top sales were to unknown destinations (255,500 MT), Indonesia (78,000 MT), China (71,000 MT), Egypt (55,000 MT) and Japan (15,900 MT). Sales for shipment in 2019/20 totaled only 5,100 MT. Soybean exports last week totaled 570,800 MT, mainly to China (272,100 MT), Mexico (100,600 MT), Indonesia (76,100 MT), Japan (42,500 MT) and Costa Rica (15,400 MT).
