THE OPEN Nov beans: 5 3/4 lower Dec meal: 1.50 lower Dec soyoil: 17 lower Dec corn: 1/4 lower Dec wheat: 2 3/4 lower Prices opened as expected with corn once again holding above recent lows even as fund selling hit the bean market at the start of day. Buy grains/sell soy trade surfaced at the open, along with meal improving on soyoil trade. Trade was fairly quiet as prices found buying interest on breaks with funds continuing to cover in some of their short positions. By midday, corn continued to hold in but the other markets traded lower on the day. SOY
