Newton’s Third Law of Physics states that for every action, there is a reaction. That law also seemingly applies to renewable energy politics. As previously reported (see Ag Perspectives, 20 October), a biofuels advocate had taken a number of steps to pressure EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt from reducing the proposed biofuel volumes for 2018, which he agreed to via a letter issued 19 October.
