Governors Rick Perry (R-Texas) and Bob McDonnell (R-Virginia) join governors from North Carolina and Arkansas, who petitioned EPA, and Maryland and Delaware, who support an RFS waiver but did not technically petition the Agency.Most importantly, EPA opened a public comment period today, which starts the 90-day countdown until it will have to issue a decision on the waiver.
