Regional News Most of Southeast Europe has received beneficial rainfall in the past week, helping alleviate some concerns for winter crops. Still, those that were sown in drought conditions will still face challenges, though the recent moisture will be beneficial.  For the U.K, France, and Germany, the continued rain is creating problems planting winter wheat and winter barley.
