Regional News With summer drawing to an end for the Northern Hemisphere, the wheat crops are largely made and the corn and oilseed crops are in their final stages. Consequently, the market is shifting its focus to estimating demand for Northern Hemisphere crops while looking at supply estimates for Southern hemisphere crops. That shift has left markets in Europe and the Black Sea quieter this week with supply-side concerns somewhat lessened.  Russian exporters are continuing to diversify their markets, with wheat shipments resuming to Madagascar and corn being shipped to Israel after a five-year period without exports to either country.
