Milling Wheat The Black Sea market remained about unchanged last week. The weather in Russia improved for the spring wheat harvesting in Siberia but remained dry in the south at a critical time for the winter wheat’s early development. The Egyptian GASC bought 180 KMT of Russian wheat last week at an average $253.25/MT CNF for 1-10 December shipment. The price was about $8/MT more than the tender held two weeks earlier. There were several offers for Romanian origin with one each for Ukrainian and French, but all were priced about $5-10/MT higher than the Russian stocks purchased.
