Milling Wheat The market in the Black Sea has made an impressing rally during the last two weeks due to the slowing of farmers' selling, and the general market trend related to adverse weather in Argentina and southern Brazil. Russia has already exported about 15 MMT, which is more than 70 percent of the surplus.
