Milling Wheat Russian and Ukrainian wheat remain the cheapest origins by far. It may sound illogical that the Russian wheat is so cheap after all the bullish reports about the decreasing crop. The only valid explanation for that is the market expectation for export restrictions to be put in place in the near future.
