Milling Wheat Ukraine's wheat export ban has yet to be made official. The government has been criticized by both the EU and the IMF after last month announcing that exports would be stopped effective 15 November. Exporters fear that the government will find alternative ways to stop exports if it decides not to officially impose a ban.The EU allocated 421,000 MT of wheat export licenses, bringing the cumulated total to 5.75 MMT versus 5.5 MMT allocated at the same time last year.
