Milling Wheat The wheat market in the Black Sea was very quiet this week. Apart from a rumor that a cargo of Ukrainian wheat traded at $350 FOB, there were no other reported trades and no offers for Russian or Ukrainian wheat in the big ports. The only offers for Russian wheat that could be found were for small coaster-size vessels from the Azov Sea, and the offered volume was very limited.
