Farmers there are reluctant to sell the 12 pro or higher grades because of one concern. Milling Wheat The Black Sea market is under pressure for low grade milling wheat (11.5 pro) and feed wheat. However, the prices for the 12.5 pro and higher grades remain about unchanged. This trend would suggest that the quality of the crop in southern Russia and Ukraine is lower than in previous years with farmers preferring to sell those stocks now and keep the higher quality for sales later in the campaign.
