Regional News Ukraine’s sea port grain exports for the week ending 2 August 2019 increased to 1.09 MMT from 861 TMT the prior week. Corn exports increased to 121 TMT while wheat shipments rose to 724 TMT and barley exports decreased to 245 TMT. The biggest destinations for Ukraine’s shipments last week were Turkey, Spain, and Egypt.  The country of Georgia is looking to replace Russian wheat imports with Kazakhstan-origin wheat amid political tensions with Russia.
