Support for Trade Democrats and Republicans do not agree on much but House Ways & Means Committee Chair Richard Neal (D-Massachusetts) and Ranking Member Kevin Brady (R-Texas) both counselled the Biden Administration to pursue more trade agreements like the USMCA. That is perhaps not so surprising given that appointments to the Ways & Means Committee and especially its Trade Subcommittee tend to be pro-trade politicians.
