Two-Year RIN Cap and DDGS  President Trump today voiced his support for a two-year cap on the price of Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) during the second White House meeting this week regarding the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and biofuels (see Ag Perspectives, 27 February). Today’s meeting was at the direct request of the president, who said on Tuesday he wanted to hear directly from biofuel producers what they thought about a number of proposals to lower the price of RINs.
