USDA's Economic Research Service has released a report that discusses the potential to foster additional growth in U.S.-Cuba agricultural trade and the possibility of establishing a more normal economic relationship between the two countries.During his State of the Union address, President Obama proposed normalizing relations with Cuba to the expected opposition of hardline anti-Castro members of Congress.
