While the war wages over the decision to waive the ethanol Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), biodiesel recently has enjoyed three big wins.The Senate Appropriations Committee provided $70 million for the Navy biofuels program and another $100 million for critical initiatives, which can be used to expand the biofuels program.
