Indian Wheat Poised For Better Price Recovery Following up on the story from 7 January 2013, the current weather conditions in North India are optimal for the wheat crop. If the current cold weather continues to prevail, wheat production will surpass all records. Last time there were untimely rains that affected harvest, and at one point temperatures were so high during maturity that grains were shriveled.
