Regional Updates MEDITERRANEAN/MIDDLE EAST/NORTH AFRICA  Turkey has protested to the WTO about the Philippines extending its antidumping duties on Turkish flour. The Philippines intends to extend the duty by three years. It is interesting to note that, even with the antidumping duty, Turkey is still the largest supplier of wheat flour to the country with just over 44 percent of all wheat flour imports. The current rate of duty for Turkish wheat flour can be as high as 29.57 percent, covering 16 named Turkish exporters.
