Sunflower oil is the world's fourth most abundant vegoil after palm oil, soyoil and rapeseed oil. It long has been the vegoil of choice in countries like France, Spain, Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, Argentina and Turkey. Sunoil is a good vegoil for salad dressings as well as for frying.
