Markets seldom trade much in February on prospects for the next crop year, but Monday's WASDE definitely perked up attention. In fact, it was almost exciting.Every WASDE from USDA is interesting, of course, but the February report usually attracts less attention from markets than most, if not all, of the other 11 monthly editions. By February, analysts are confident that they have a good handle on production and available supplies of grain and oilseeds in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
