GOOD MORNING, Prices are mixed this morning with all lower except wheat. Nervous longs are exiting soyoil and beans on weak overnight price action. Outside markets are in the red this morning making it a risk-off day of trade, which appears to be having a somewhat negative impact on the ag space. Overnight markets sport crush values that trades into a 9-month high, while oilshare continues to fall to 4-month lows. Sharp losses in palm oil prices weigh on soyoil, while meal values remain somewhat close to contract highs. December corn finally trades to $4.00 overnight as spreads tighten further. Infrastructure investment due diligence
On behalf of a Canadian oilseed processer WPI's team provided market analysis, econometric modeling and financial due diligence in support of a $24 million-dollar investment in a Ukrainian crush plant. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment. WPI has conducted parallel work on behalf of U.S., South American and European clients, both private and public, in the agri-food space.
