GOOD MORNING, Prices are lower after a disappointing USDA Feb. report that did not deliver the bullish information as expected given fund length. As is typical after a USDA report, traders and market analysts will have to digest the numbers. However, at this point and with harvest still ahead in South America, it likely would take a further weather problem to see prices return to established contract highs. Another major factor in holding current lows is if China comes in and views the sell-off as a good point to purchase. The March report will likely confirm whether prices have peaked or not. On behalf of a Canadian oilseed processer WPI's team provided market analysis, econometric modeling and financial due diligence in support of a $24 million-dollar investment in a Ukrainian crush plant. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
