GOOD MORNING, Prices are lower this morning as funds remain long across the board and decide to lighten up a bit heading into tomorrow's September 30 stocks report.   Grains turned around yesterday led by wheat, with talk from Russia's Ag Ministry stating that export restrictions may be applied once more despite good crop production on the way.  That said, wheat is lower this morning.  Soyoil is lower as palm oil is down nearly 2%.   WEATHER --A fall chill sets in for the US Midwest as temperatures drop, but the 8/14-day appears to offer up another chance for warmer and drier weather.  Scattered rains are seen across Ill, Mo., Ind., while the western Corn Belt remains wide open for harvest. --Argentina...
