Ukraine announced a 120-day extension while Russian officials claim the extension is only valid for another 60 days. The Russian side is unhappy that Ukraine can continue shipping grains – especially wheat which is in direct competition with Russia on global markets. Russia claims there is more grain going to the EU than to Africa.
