Harvesting entered into the active phase filling the needs on the market to the brim. As a result, domestic prices plummeted. The wheat flour market was following the bearish trends on the milling wheat market. There was carryover, but most likely located too far from the Black Sea ports which caused short supply for immediate delivery.
