Russian Grain Markets: 29 July-2 August 2019 Domestic price development was atypical for this time of year with increases in the European part of Russia that usually don’t occur in August. The reason for this was high demand from processors. Meanwhile, the average milling wheat (12.5 percent protein) export price was unchanged at $196/MT FOB Black Sea, but the average purchase price grew to RUB 11,000-11,600/MT CPT-port Black Sea. The average feed barley export and purchase prices rose to $177/MT FOB Black Sea and RUB 10,100/MT CPT-port Black Sea, respectively.
