Russian Grain Markets: 16-20 September 2019 Domestic Russian grain prices fluctuated insignificantly in ruble expression, except for milling rye prices that spiked because of its deficit on the market, and corn prices that dropped significantly due to a general downward trend in Black Sea market corn prices. Milling wheat export prices grew to $186/MT FOB Black Sea. The average purchase price grew to RUB 11,150/MT. Feed barley average export price was stable at $176/MT FOB Black Sea while average purchase price remained stable at RUB 10,000/MT CPT-port Black Sea.
