Acrylamide and TTIP As transatlantic negotiators look for ways to make their regulatory differences more coherent, the regulation of acrylamides presents a perfect example. While the EU says acrylamides are a potential carcinogen, the U.S. FDA similarly says they can be reasonably anticipated to be one.
