Livestock China’s Pork Price Continues to Climb, White Feather Broilers Up The latest data from China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, drawn from 16 surveyed provinces and cities, showed the wholesale price for lean pork rose by 6.8 percent this past week. Tight pig supplies and recovering demand pushed the average price to RMB 50.6/kg ($7.24/kg) or RMB 22.95/lb. ($3.28/lb.).
