The Courts have handed another blow to biofuel producers. On Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit struck down the Trump Administration's EPA decision to provide a waiver for year-round E15 sales. This comes on the heels of the Supreme Court ruling on the extension of SRE waivers. Corn markets reacted to Friday’s decision. On 31 May 2019, EPA granted a year-round waver for E15 use; previously E15 was restricted from 1 June - 15 September.
