In a 12-page letter to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Crop Life America (CLA) outlined a number of issues for the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) strategy on pesticides to further “our shared goals of promoting children’s health and ensuring that pesticide regulatory decisions are based on gold-standard science.” The letter was broken down into two key parts.   Section I of the letter provides CLA’s recommendations for policy topics the Commission should include regarding pesticides in the MAHA Strategy due on 12 August, based on the topics raised in the MAHA Initial Assessment released 22 May.
