The Biden Administration is trying to shore up support for its trade policy ahead of next year’s election, but some are not buying it. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan gave a long rambling speech on the topic last week but former USTR economist and now Progressive Policy Institute (PPI) trade specialist Ed Gresser mocked significant parts of it.
