Draghi versus Strategic Dialogue Mario Draghi issued his long-awaited report on European competitiveness that had been requested by the European Commission. Its content stands in both contrast and conflict with U.S. goals and the Strategic Dialogue just completed on future support for European agriculture.  The Draghi report focuses on boosting European productivity, which the U.S. has consistently outpaced.
