The U.S. election votes are still being counted - and some will be recounted. Wisconsin is subject to an automatic recount (if requested by a candidate, which President Trump did) when the margin is less than 1 percent. Georgia has Biden up by about 1,000 votes out of 4,958,449 counted so far, with only a few thousand left to count. That’s 0.2 percent – whichever campaign comes out on the bottom of that tally will almost assuredly ask for a recount.  At the writing of this report (which could change hourly), Pennsylvania is a must win for both sides.
