Regional News  The U.S. is not the only country suffering from tight cattle supplies and rising beef values, as the EU is battling the same problem. Across the EU, there is a shortage of slaughter cattle that continues to intensify and drive prices higher. Germany is seeing slightly greater supply availability than many other countries, but competition between buyers there this week has still been “fierce”.
