The House Agriculture Committee sent its Budget Views and Estimates letter to the House Budget Committee last month. This letter outlines the Agriculture Committee’s plans for the farm bill (and/or other legislation under its jurisdiction) and provides the Committee’s arguments for the budget totals that the Budget Committee assigns the legislative committees in the annual federal budget resolution.
