Prime Minister Narendra Modi is playing his country’s power card between Russia and the U.S. The Biden Administration will pour on a full-court press this year to win the competition. Biden and Modi will meet at this summer’s Quad (Australia, India, Japan, USA) meeting in Sydney, and at the G20 meeting in India.
