Some are suggesting that the market is betting on an EPA reversal by bidding up the Renewable Identification Number (RIN) prices that have increased from about 34 cents to more than 55 cents.As we have noted previously, the comment period for EPA's proposed Required Volume Obligation (RVO) rule for 2014 biofuels closed at the end of January.
