Back in July, as Joe Biden was wrapping up the Democratic nomination over Bernie Sanders, the Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force recommendations were drafted as a policy platform to unify the Biden wing of the party with the progressive Sanders wing. It is a 110-page document, not unlike a party platform, that lays out a policy agenda. Now that the Democrats will control both houses of Congress it will become a more used policy playbook.
