Markets were steady to slightly higher overnight. Soybean and soymeal futures then started today’s session easier following a disappointing weekly soybean export sales number. Corn was higher, led by early 5-6 cent gains in wheat. Both corn and wheat futures faded when the soy complex turned weak. However, wheat closed strong and brought corn along to finish a penny or so up. Crude oil was firm again today, trading back above $66. The U.S. dollar continued to lose some ground.
