It may be hard to write about today’s markets without using the words “coronavirus”, “panic” and “selloff” in every paragraph, but let’s try.  Global markets plummeted today due to fears of, you guessed it, coronavirus COVID19. Early this morning, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that 3,994 new cases were reported during the preceding 24 hours and 225 new deaths. This morning’s update brings the total infection count to 109,578 people and the death rate to 3,809.
