Markets traded mixed overnight with corn, wheat and soybeans all trading both sides of unchanged. Corn traded from three higher to one lower. Wheat traded from six higher to six lower. Soybeans traded as much as 14 lower and two higher. There wasn’t much news to end this week. The U.S./China trade issues remain. The problem with traders is that this situation can quickly change. Weather across the Corn Belt looks for above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation. The European drought is not getting better. USDA will release their August crop production estimates and WASDE a week from today.
