Markets in general have built more walls of worry this week over U.S. corporate earnings, emerging market concerns and slower growth in China. The bearish beat goes on.

  General Comments Markets were slightly higher most of the night session on light trading volume, but they faded some at the 7:45 close and opened steady to lower at 8:30. Financial markets were in trouble again early this morning with Dow and S&P sharply lower early in the session. The Dow was down more than 200 at one point with the S&P down almost 20.
