It seemed like we were back to trading big yields and excellent corn and soybean harvest weather today, not fund short covering or rebalancing. U.S. financial markets were mixed early, but finished strong with big gains in the S&P. General Comments Corn, wheat and soybean futures markets opened 1-2 cents lower Sunday evening, and that's about as good as they traded. Soybeans eventually touched double-digit losses with wheat and corn down 2-4 cents, which is the way markets traded much of the balance of the session.
