The grain and soy rally completely stalled out during the day session as the U.S. dollar continued to climb back from yesterday's beating. Soybean futures prices swung in a 24-cent range today. General Comments The overnight session opened quite strongly as short covering in response to the U.S. dollar continued to dominate. Soybean prices jumped 12-15 cents, May corn made it up to $3.80, about the midpoint in its trading range of the last two months. Chicago May wheat tapped up against its 50-day moving average. Trading volume was quite large.
