Wheat initially rallied on rising tensions and attacks between Rusia and Ukraine, with Ukraine accusing Russia of launching an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) and attacking the town of Dnipro early Thursday morning. If true, this is first time Russia will have used an ICBM – typically designed to deliver long distance nuclear strikes – in its war against Ukraine.
